Wanted to add a better and affordable direct debit facility.

“The initial boarding process was not that great. We had several problems that were created by nooQ which caused issues with billing and several had to be redone. Other issues were down to the first time integrating with Intelligent Golf and getting the correct links in place to allow the integration to work seamlessly. For many, the new direct debit payment work very well, other individual cases needed a bit more time to resolve. nooQ Golf use a ticketing system to record and follow up on each individual issue to resolution.”

Being our first integration to Intelligent Golf, resolving issues with part payments, cancellations and changing categories after billing or part payment made was a challenge. We’ve made significant changes to adapt to new scenario’s not seen before and handled differently in accounting terms. Keith and Craigmillar members have been very patient, appreciative and diligent in working thru all the issues we encountered. This has meant a lot of new development fixes and improvements to the app. We started the project in February and although we certainly had our challenges and issues, we processed 600 member renewals with the vast majority settled within five week period of March on time. Craigmillar Park are a very efficient and well run club & back office which was crucial to the success of the project.
