Notts Golf Union moved to a more intuitive, modern website

How did you do web site maintenance and updates?  

I didn’t have much involvement with the IG website but from what I understand, support and help was very patchy.

Issues with old site?

Competition are at weekends and system support was very limited.

Challenge to the business before

Getting support when it was needed, and the system was not very intuitive.

Experience using nooQ Golf

Struggled a bit at the start because I am not very computer literate other than the Apps and Systems that I am familiar with – however, this got easier as time went by.

How was the project?

Pretty straightforward once we knew what we were being asked to do.

What’s changed?

New website is more intuitive – easy to follow and cleary more modern than the previous one.

What’s been the difference ?

Nicer to look at, easier to follow.

I don’t get into the background, so Kerrie and Mandy are better to comment.
