Issues with old site?
Confusing structure, dated and not very user friendly. Difficult for users to quickly navigate to items they needed. Golf Genius was poorly integrated.
Challenges before
Customer support was very patchy. Competitions are at weekends and system support was very limited.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend nooQ Golf to other organisations wishing to migrate to a new site.
What’s been the difference ?
New website is more intuitive – easy to follow and clearly more modern than the previous one. It’s much nicer to look at, easier to follow and find what you need.
All emails and old content was migrated seamlessly over to the new site for us.
We also now have online submitted match reports which automatically update league tables on the web site too, which makes the results quicker, more professional and simpler to maintain as previously we used PDFs, spreadsheets which can be difficult to view on mobile devices.
