Data Deletion Policy

Overview
nooQ Golf ("we", "us") operates an integration with Facebook and Instagram to allow golf club members and professionals to engage with club content. This policy explains how to request deletion of any personal data we hold as a result of that integration.
What data we collect via Facebook/Instagram
- Facebook User ID (for authentication only)
- Public profile name and profile picture URL
- Email address (if granted permission)
We do not store Facebook access tokens beyond the active session.
How to request data deletion
You have three options:
- Via Facebook Settings: Go to{' '} Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites , find nooQ Golf, click Remove, then select{' '} Delete all your Facebook activity for this app. This triggers an automatic deletion request to us.
- By email: Send a request to{' '} privacy@nooqgolf.com with subject line Data Deletion Request. We will respond within 30 days.
- In-platform: Log in to your nooQ Golf account, go to{' '} Account → Privacy → Delete my data.
What happens when you request deletion
- We delete your Facebook User ID and associated profile data within 30 days
- You will receive a confirmation email with a deletion reference code
- Anonymised analytics data (not personally identifiable) may be retained
- Data required for legal/regulatory obligations is retained per UK GDPR Article 17(3)
