Lesson booking questions
- Will Clara ever tell a student a lesson is booked when it is not?
- No. A booking is confirmed only once it has been written to the diary. Clara reports what the system confirmed; it never announces a booking before it exists.
- Can Clara take a booking on WhatsApp?
- Yes, on the Academy and Performance Centre packages. A student messages your number, Clara checks your real diary and offers real times, and the booking is written to the same diary as every other booking.
- What is Clara?
- Clara is the AI assistant built into nooQ. For a golf professional it takes lesson and bay bookings, reschedules and cancels within your rules, answers questions about your packages from your own price list, and sends reminders, on the web and on WhatsApp.
- Can more than one pro share a diary?
- Yes, on the Academy and Performance Centre packages. Each pro has their own profile, rota and prices, and the academy has one diary.

- Yes. Group sessions are dated, have a capacity and a waitlist, and are bookable from your site like any lesson.
- Do students get reminders?
