- Can I charge more at peak times?
- Yes. Each bay can have peak and off-peak rates, and extras can be added at booking.
- Does nooQ connect to TrackMan or other simulator software?
- nooQ manages the bay as a bookable resource, its hours, its pricing and the payment. It does not connect to the launch monitor or simulator software itself. The Performance Centre package includes simulator integration and video analysis storage; ask us what that covers for your setup.
- Can a simulator bay and a lesson be double-booked?
- No. A bay and a coach are both resources in the same booking engine, so a coaching bay in use for a lesson is not available for hire at the same time.
- Can customers book a simulator bay online?
- Yes. Bays are booked by the hour from your website or through Clara, with a price per bay, peak and off-peak rates, extras and vouchers, and card payment at booking.
