Moving from ProAgenda to nooQ
nooQ imports a ProAgenda account when a golf professional signs up: professionals, lesson types and prices, package definitions, sold packages, vouchers, agenda bookings and clients. The import is repeatable, links to records that already exist, and never overwrites a value you have set. Your ProAgenda login is checked while you watch, and a check that cannot run never stops the signup.

How the move works
At signup
- Enter your ProAgenda username and password on the signup page
- nooQ checks them and tells you if they are wrong
- If ProAgenda cannot be reached, you carry on and the import runs later
- Credentials are stored with the platform's other supplier connections, never on the signup record
After signup
- The import runs as part of provisioning
- Records that already exist are linked and enriched, not replaced
- Run it again on demand while both systems are live
- Every run is recorded so you can see what came across

Switching questions
- What if the ProAgenda check fails during signup?
- A wrong password is reported so you can correct it. If ProAgenda cannot be reached at all, the signup carries on and the import runs later; an unavailable supplier never blocks you.
- What happens to my existing clients' records when I import?
- Each person becomes one record. Records that already exist are linked and filled in, never overwritten, and nobody is matched on a name alone.
- Can I move from ProAgenda to nooQ?
- Yes. Enter your ProAgenda login at signup and your professionals, lesson types and prices, package definitions, sold packages, vouchers, agenda bookings and clients are imported as your site is built. The import can be re-run while you move.
