What Cadd-AI handles
- Tee times: "anything for two on Saturday morning?", holding a time, adding players, cancelling
- Visitors and societies: green fees, availability, deposits and group enquiries taken from first message to confirmed booking
- Lessons, range and simulator bays, from the same booking engine as the pro's diary
- Club questions: opening hours, kitchen last orders, today's menu, dress code, course and buggy status
- Competitions: what's on, how to enter, results
- Membership: categories and an exact quote, including monthly plans
Why "from the live tee sheet" matters
A chatbot that answers from a copy of the tee sheet will one day offer a time that has already gone. Cadd-AI reads the same live sheet the pro shop sees, so it can only offer what the online booking page would offer, and it can only book what the sheet accepts. Member-only times stay member-only; protected member times stay protected.
Why "only once it is written" matters
The worst thing an AI assistant can do at a golf club is say "you're booked" when nobody is. Cadd-AI's rule is that a booking, cancellation or payment is reported only after the system has confirmed it. If something fails, it says so and hands over to the office.
Every channel, one assistant
Channel | What members and visitors do |
|---|---|
Club website | Chat on any page, book and pay |
Message the club's number, book, get confirmations | |
Phone | Speak to the club's phone line, which answers, books or transfers |
Member app | Ask Cadd-AI alongside their bookings and results |
Questions Cadd-AI cannot answer are passed to the club's inbox with the conversation attached, so staff pick up where it left off.
